The cozy 2-roomvacation apartment is located on the first floor and offers comfortable accommodations for up to 4 people in approximately 52 square meters of living space.
It features a bright, spacious living and dining area with an open kitchenette. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, and much more for self-catering.
In the living area, equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player (Blu-ray), and a CD player, you can make yourself comfortable and relax. The couch in the living room is a pull-out (150 cm x 200 cm) and sleeps 2 people.
The interior bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, towel warmer, and heated floors.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe.
The furnished south-facing terrace offers a magnificent view of the surrounding greenery.

This non-smoking apartment is also very well suited for seniors. All windows (bedroom, kitchen, and terrace) are equipped with fly screens.

Bicycles

The house has its own lockable storage shed (with a power outlet, e.g., for e-bikes). Bicycles [&] and other items can be stored safely here. There is also a general bike rack on the property.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use the pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities and linens. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
