The vacation rental can accommodate up to four guests plus one toddler and is suitable for people with allergies. Boltenhagen Beach and the town center are within walking distance. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Plenty of light and space await you, dear guests, in this 3-room vacation rental on the 2nd floor (top floor). It offers family-friendly amenities for 4 people plus a toddler.
The beautiful living area with satellite TV and a cozy sofa arrangement—from which you can step out onto the furnished balcony—is perfect for spending time together. On the balcony, you can host cozy barbecue evenings thanks to the electric grill.
The open-concept kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. You can comfortably enjoy your meals in the separate dining area.
With two bedrooms—one featuring a double bed and a wardrobe, and the other with two single beds and a dresser—the apartment offers an ideal sleeping arrangement for families.
The apartment also features a bright bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

Special Features

This is a non-smoking apartment. If you prefer fresh pastries for breakfast in the morning, you can easily purchase them at the nearby bakeries (at Markant or from the bakery truck).
For our younger guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available for free use.

Bicycles

At the edge of the building’s private parking lot, there is a lockable communal storage shed (limited space). There is also a private basement storage room in the building. Bicycles [&] and other items can be safely stored here.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other cycling-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 through August 31, consecutive-night stays are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
