The 3-room, non-smoking apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers approximately 68 square meters of living space with comfortable amenities for 4 guests plus a toddler.
The harmoniously furnished living room features not only cozy seating but also entertainment electronics such as a flat-screen TV (satellite). The two furnished balconies (northeast and southeast) are also accessible from the living room.
You’ll also find an open-concept kitchen-living area equipped with, among other things, a dining nook, a stove with oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bedroom, with its Baltic Sea charm, is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.
The guest/children’s room features two single beds and a wardrobe as well.
The brightly tiled bathroom is the perfect way to start your day; a walk-in shower and a toilet are at your disposal.

Bicycles

There is a shared bicycle storage room in the building (with limited space). Bicycles and similar items can be stored safely here. The bicycle storage room is accessible via a staircase on the side of the building.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.
Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
