City apartment in a modern beach house style—spacious, stylish, and centrally located. This approximately 67 m² 3-room, non-smoking apartment with 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor impresses with its tasteful furnishings, high-quality amenities, and a spacious east-facing terrace with balcony furniture—ideal for up to 4 people.
From the inviting entryway with a coat closet, you step directly into the bright living room with access to the terrace, the separate kitchen, and the convenient guest restroom. The living area features modern designer flooring with a wood-grain finish, high-quality seating (a two-seater couch and an armchair), a dining area, and a large flat-screen cable TV (4K Ultra HD, streaming services, voice control), and a radio—the perfect room to relax.
From the living room, you enter the bedroom with a double bed (two single mattresses, each 0.80 x 1.95 m). Here, too, you have access to the terrace. The bright shower room is equipped with a toilet, hair dryer, and modern fixtures.
The separate, like-new kitchen is fully equipped: a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop (4 burners), microwave, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment are available. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are, of course, part of the standard equipment.
