High-quality, tastefully renovated 2-room vacation apartment in a central location near the beach.
A particularly high-quality, renovated 2-room non-smoking vacation apartment on the 2nd floor with two east-facing balconies; the rooms feature eco-friendly designer flooring, with the exception of the bedroom and bathroom. All rooms are accessible from the spacious entryway. The inviting living room, featuring two 2-seater sofas, an armchair, a separate dining area, 1 large flat-screen smart TV (44-inch or 108 cm screen diagonal, compatible with Netflix, etc.), a phone with free calls to German landlines, free Wi-Fi, and a double fold-out bed with two new single mattresses (each 0.80 m wide) leaves nothing to be desired. The new, stylish kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and 4-burner ceramic cooktop. A kettle and toaster are included as standard amenities.
The new bathroom features a shower with an extra-low threshold (with a rain showerhead), a sink, a rimless toilet, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror. Here, the attractive wood-look of the designer flooring is complemented by matching floor tiles. The bedroom is furnished with two exceptionally comfortable single box-spring beds at an optimal sleeping height, which can also be pushed together. There is another flat-screen TV (26" or 66 cm screen diagonal) available here.
