High-quality, stylishly furnished 1-room non-smoking vacation apartment, approx. 28 m², on the 3rd floor, with an east-facing loggia (morning sun, with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 2 people.
From the entryway, which features a coat closet and a well-equipped built-in kitchenette, you enter the combined living room/bedroom (with access to the loggia) and the new shower room/toilet.
The living/bedroom area features a high-quality sofa set from Bielefelder Werkstätten (1 two-seater and 1 armchair), a dining area, double fold-out beds (which can be folded out individually), a large flat-screen cable TV, and a radio/CD player.
The new kitchenette features a stove with oven, a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), an exhaust hood, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment. The new bathroom, which includes a shower with an extra-low threshold, a sink, a cosmetic mirror, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, a bathroom scale, a small cabinet, and a step stool, is fully equipped.
The building has a free Wi-Fi network that is accessible to all apartments (subject to change). A two-level garage space can be booked for 8.00 €/day or an outdoor parking space for 14.00 €/day (limited availability!). Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
