The apartment’s front door opens into the spacious, light-filled living room (with access to the first rooftop terrace), featuring high-quality leather seating (two comfortable leather sofas with sleep function at an optimal lying height, sleeping area 1.40 x 2.00 m), a cozy dining area, a coat closet, a flat-screen TV, a radio/CD player, and a new open-concept kitchen. From the living room, you can access the bedroom (with access to the second rooftop terrace) and the new shower room/toilet. The living room and bedroom feature modern designer flooring with a wood-look finish.
The new open-concept kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and a ceramic cooktop. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are part of the standard equipment.
The bedroom has a double box-spring bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2.00 m, with separate mattresses and a continuous topper) as well as access to the second rooftop terrace.
