Comfortable 2-room non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 76 sqm) on the 3rd floor facing the lake and land, with a west-facing loggia (afternoon sun, with balcony furniture and cushions) and an east-facing loggia (morning sun, with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 4 people.

From the entryway with coat closet, you enter the spacious living room, the new bathroom with tub and toilet, and the connecting hallway with access to the new bathroom with shower and toilet and the bedroom.

The living room, which opens onto the west loggia, features a sofa set with two 2-seater sofas, 2 armchairs, a dining area, a double fold-out bed with a 1-door wardrobe, a flat-screen cable TV with digital reception, and a radio. From the living room, you enter the new, fully equipped, spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a separate freezer (featuring three freezer compartments). A coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and egg cooker are part of the standard equipment. The large bedroom, which opens onto the east-facing loggia (morning sun), features a double bed, plenty of closet space, and direct access to the bathroom via the connecting hallway. The first new bathroom features a bathtub, a toilet, a sink, and a towel warmer. The second new bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, a towel warmer, a washing machine, and a dryer (free use included).

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

A duplex garage can be booked for €8.00/day, or an outdoor parking space for €14.00/day (limited availability!).

The building has a free Wi-Fi network that is accessible to all apartments.
