Cozy and tastefully furnished 2-room non-smoking vacation apartment (approx. 54 m²) on the 3rd floor facing the lake with a lake view and a west-facing loggia (afternoon sun, with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 4 people.
From the entryway with a coat closet, you enter the living room (with access to the balcony), which features a kitchenette, as well as the bedroom and the shower room/toilet.
The living area features a cozy seating area (2-seater couch and 2 wicker armchairs), a dining area, a double fold-out bed (can be unfolded individually), a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player, and a telephone.
The kitchenette features a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove with an oven and 4 burners, and a refrigerator with a 3* freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The bedroom has two single beds placed side by side.
The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
An outdoor parking space can be rented for 14.00 € per day (limited availability!). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this vacation rental.
