This middle unit in a row house, with a floor area of 69 square meters, comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests + 1 toddler . The living areas extend over 3 levels.

The open-concept kitchen on the first floor features a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, and a microwave, as well as a toaster and much more.
In the living area, a cozy couch invites you to relax, and the modern flat-screen TV provides entertainment. A travel crib can also be set up here if needed. A dining area for four people is set up for shared meals.
You’ll also find a guest bathroom with a window on this floor.

On the first floor, which you can reach via a tiled staircase, there is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) for two adults.
In addition to a shower, bathtub, and toilet, the bathroom on this floor also features a washing machine and a dryer, which you can use for a fee.

The attic, which you can reach via an open wooden staircase with a safety gate (at the top), offers space for two additional guests with two single beds (90x200 cm each).

The southwest-facing terrace, which you can access from the living room, features patio furniture and a parasol.
Special Features

This child-friendly, smoke-free home provides a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair free of charge for young guests. The bedroom on the 1st floor, living room, kitchen, and bathroom are equipped with exterior shutters (the guest/children’s room in the attic has a roller shade on the window).

This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Information about bicycles [&] handcarts

Dear guests, please understand that we cannot accept any liability or cover the costs of any necessary repairs or the rental of replacement equipment for the handcart provided if it is defective, does not meet your expectations, or is currently unavailable. The handcart is offered as a bonus, and if something breaks, we’ll need at least one week to repair the damage or even to obtain a replacement.

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the high season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
