Amenities

In this 70-square-meter, 3-roomground-floor apartment, families of up to 5 guests plus 1 toddler can enjoy a wonderful vacation.

The living area of the vacation rental features a comfortable sofa set. For entertainment, a flat-screen TV and stereo system are available in the living room. A variety of board games are also provided for your enjoyment. The couch in the living area can be converted into a sleeping area for one additional person.
The perfectly equipped open kitchen is ideal for hassle-free self-catering and features a cozy dining area.
In the master bedroom, you’ll find a wide double bed (180x200 cm / height 49 cm); the guest/children’s room has two single beds (each 90x200 cm / height 51 cm). Each bedroom has its own TV (the children’s room also has a DVD player); for your clothing, there is a closet in the master bedroom and a dresser in the guest/children’s room. The bedrooms can be easily darkened.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A window provides additional natural light and makes it easier to ventilate the room after showering.
The vacation rental has 2 covered terraces (1 facing southwest, accessible from the children’s room; 1 facing northeast, accessible from the living room), both furnished with tasteful patio furniture.

Special Features

The non-smoking vacation rental is located close to the beach, which is just one of the reasons it is very popular with families. For our youngest guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available free of charge. A safe is also available in the apartment. The beautifully landscaped, well-maintained property with a garden also features a small on-site playground.

Bicycles

There is a lockable storage shed on the property that is open to all guests (with limited space). There, you can safely store your rented or personal bicycles and similar items.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, which includes linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 through August 31, consecutive-night bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes beds freshly made with linens for all booked guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
