In this 80-square-meter, 3-roomvacation apartment on the 1st floor, you can enjoy a beachfront vacation with up to 6 guests + 1 toddler.

The comfortable sofa in the living room is a pull-out and can serve as a sleeping area for two guests. Satellite TV (flat-screen), a DVD player (Blu-ray), and a CD player provide entertainment.
The open-concept kitchen-living area with a cozy dining area is equipped with various appliances, including a microwave and a dishwasher.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and the guest/children’s room has two single beds as well as space for a travel crib (included). Both rooms are also furnished with a wardrobe.

The modern, brightly tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. The window provides additional natural light and makes it easy to ventilate the room after a bath or shower.
This beachfront apartment also features two furnished balconies that invite you to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors. Thanks to their orientations—from morning (east-facing balcony) to evening (west-facing balcony)—you can enjoy the sun here.

Special Features

Families love to book this beachfront, non-smoking apartment to enjoy its many family-friendly amenities. For our youngest guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available free of charge. A washing machine is available for your use in the communal laundry room in the basement. The beautifully landscaped, well-maintained property with a garden also features a small on-site playground.

Bicycles

There is a lockable storage shed on the property that is open to all guests (with limited space). There, you can safely store your rented or personal bicycles and similar items.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
