Extremely quiet. Ideal for all generations, ideal for young children with the beach offering an open at low tide. To access the sea directly, in the garden, you go down the dune (which is not ideal for people with reduced mobility - in this case, go 50 meters through the road access).

Access to the west coast / wild 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bike (cycle path).

The house (77 m²) includes a large room: living room / dining room / fitted kitchen.
3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x190, 2 beds of 80x190 juxtaposed and 2 bunk beds 90x190), 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The room with the bunk beds is through.
We have paid particular attention to the quality of the bedding of the 2 double beds.

This is our family home, equipped for holidays.

Exchanges with travellers
The welcome will be with Gérard and Geneviève, in charge of the concierge service. I will give them your phone number so that they can contact you for the precise organization of your arrival (the idea is that you contact them when you are on deck, this gives them a good idea of your arrival time and allows you to define it exactly - no one expects and it gives you a little flexibility to manage the hazards of the trips).
The deposit of 600 € will be given to them and will be returned to you one week after your departure (by
check which will not be deposited of course).

Rental of sheets and towels bath / beach possible on request. To be seen directly with Gérard and Geneviève who take care of the concierge.
