The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. Everything was clean, and it seemed to be in a quiet area. There were blackout curtains, so the bedroom could be dark enough to get a decent night's sleep.
The check-in process was extremely complicated, involving multiple PIN codes, QR codes, photographs being sent back and forth, and so on. It would be nice if this could be made a bit more user-friendly.

BALCOM Stay is very functional apartment, well appointed and in good repair. The location is a significant feature being a few minutes walk from the major Hiroshima Peace Museum and Peace Memorials. Great restaurants nearby and easy access to tea and bus services. The apartment has a balcony which for me affords access to fresh air and a view to street and wonderful activity in street below. Easy access and check in via the tablet in the entrance foyer.
Excellent apartment with no recommendations for change.

l appartement est pas mal et bien situé. Mais c est pour ça qu'on l 'a choisi donc rien extraordinaire.Il était propre.et disposait de quelques articles tel que sachet de café, thé, sucre,sachet de lait ....
C'est tellement aitomatisé que s'il y a un pb vous vous débrouillez tout seul!!! Bref vous etes dans la Mer....!!! Les codes en bas du batiments. On a demandé une paire de drap suppmementaire et on m a gentiment dit NON. C était pas prévu. En clair si ce qui n ai pas écrit dans le descriptif, débrouillez-vous. Ce ne que des réponses automatiques.
