The location is perfect for our itinerary to visit family and friends and do some shopping. The electric train is the next block over and takes you to Hiroshima station or Miyajima Station. The taxis are located right outside. You have the option of a delicious buffet breakfast with traditional Japanese foods including okonomiyaki.
Visiting this hotel once or twice a year for the past ten years , As an older traveler it took us a little bit longer to check in because the check in process is automatic. It’s like being greeted with robots. Fortunately there are humans to help us older travelers especially if you want to split the cost of the room.

The location to shops and eateries is fantastic.
The room was very squashy with nowhere to put luggage and little to no bench space. Had to move the table to get to the tiny fridge and the king bed with only one very small pillow each was pushed up against the wall on one side. The room overall had very poor lighting.
