100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
The place/location/facilties were exceptional..However.. the STAFF (your AMAZING work team) is the KEY to this place's success - absolutely THE MOST friendly, professional, helpful, and always ready to support- KUDOS!' The restaurant.. "OFF THE CHAIN" delicious..
The set up of the room was a bit odd- husband prefers TV better viewed by bed- The adjoining room door could be better secured, maybe with a chain lock -(people next to us) very loud - kept trying the door LOL.. ihad to use my own security countermeasures..

Did not do breakfast here as Turkey as the most amazing options in every area just around the corner. This area was no difference. Great international and local outlets everywhere.
Basic maintenance should have been done on the rooms including temperature control. The room was at 27 degrees and extreme urgency had to be proven and insisted upon for the hotel to do anything at all.
Seriously disappointing! Then someone shows up and has to spend more than 30 minutes (middle of the night) to fix it. Obviously means they never checked the room before making it available to the next customer which is really sad

Location. Cleaness
Room next door making noise after midnight and receptionist did not answer the phone to listen to my complain.
People were walking in the corridors and making noise at 2am
My bed was not straight. There was an inclination.

The local is perfect nothing much better
First of all, most of the rooms does not have balcony or even windows to open for circulation the air.
The AC is too weak.
The room service keep knocking you door for cleaning however you show do not disturb and informed them that you will call for room cleaning but still keep knocking and hurt you up.
Noise from the night club until 3Am. Hard to sleep
