Hi there! Welcome to Haus Barke 17. A cottage in Tinnum, furnished with great attention to detail, that sleeps up to four people and features a spacious layout. A family with children, two couples, or simply two people sharing the two bedrooms will feel right at home here. Of course, your beloved four-legged friend is also welcome.
Downstairs, you’ll find a very well-equipped kitchen. Here, the home’s chef can prepare a delicious meal, while others can enjoy the experience from the counter with a glass of wine or a cup of hot chocolate. The first floor also features a spacious living-dining area. Here, you can't only enjoy meals together at the large wooden table, but also play games, work, or simply gaze out into the garden with a cup of tea. The beautiful teak table serves as a social hub in the house.
When you return to Barke 17, windswept, you can warm up by the gas fireplace in the cozy couch corner. Then, if you connect the Bose sound system to your phone, you can immediately play your favorite relaxing or upbeat music. The ultimate vacation! Or let yourself be captivated by a mystery on the big-screen TV. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy your own patio and the adjoining (fully fenced) garden.[nbsp] On the first floor, you’ll also find a guest restroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with a comfortable shower and a stylish sink. The rooms are cozily furnished and beautifully decorated. The welcoming atmosphere helps you feel at home right away. Each bedroom has its own TV and an unobstructed view of the sky.
You can park right in front of the house in the parking lot belonging to Barke 17. You’re welcome to bring a well-behaved pet here. A one-time pet fee will be charged for this.
Minimum rental period during summer vacation is 14 nights; shorter stays are available upon request by phone.

- Pet fee for a maximum of 1 well-behaved pet: 92.64 EUR per stay
- Linen package for one person (1 large bed sheet, 2 small bed sheets, bath mat, dish towel) 37.05 EUR per stay
