A completely ground-floor vacation rental in a quiet location on the outskirts of town, near the Tinnumer Wiesen. The apartment features a living room with access to a separate kitchen (new as of March 2025), two bedrooms with double beds, closets, and blackout blinds, a bathroom with shower and toilet (with heated floors), and a parking space on the property. The enclosed garden is well-established; the west-facing terrace features cozy lounge furniture as well as a beach chair.

The vacation rental features 2 TVs, Entertain, and a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring all your culinary needs are met.

There is a storage area for bicycles or e-bikes. You have the option to charge your electric vehicle via a Voltbox for an additional fee (€10.00 per night).

The house is located in the historic part of Tinnum, surrounded by thatched-roof farmhouses, horse paddocks, sheep pastures, and sweeping views all the way to the dunes of Weststrand. It’s a peaceful and spacious setting, located right in the middle between Westerland and Keitum. You can pick up fresh bread rolls on your first morning walk with the dog. And if you’re just too lazy to do anything, you can simply take the “little Tinnumer.”

Basic amenities—bed linens and towels per person—are included for stays of 7 nights or more. You’re welcome to bring a well-behaved pet. A one-time pet fee will be charged for this.
