At Timmendorfer Strand Vacation Apartment No. 4, a comfortable vacation home on the Baltic Sea awaits you. The apartment is in a great location, very close to both the beach and the town center. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is only about 300 meters away and can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The center of Timmendorfer Strand and the adjacent promenade, with its many restaurants and cafés, are just a stone’s throw away—about a 100-meter walk. The Famila supermarket, the beverage store, and Aldi are also the same distance away. At Poststraße 13, you’ll be staying in a very central location—an ideal starting point for all kinds of excursions.

On the first floor of the building, the living spaces of this 3-room vacation apartment in Timmendorfer Strand provide a dream retreat for an unforgettable Baltic Sea vacation for up to four people.
The vacation rental features an open-concept living-dining area with an adjacent, open kitchen. The living room features a comfortable sofa set, a flat-screen TV with internet access, and a built-in radio. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything to make any cook’s heart beat faster—a fridge-freezer combo, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a steam cooker, among other items.

Bedroom I offers you an oasis of calm for restful hours with a high-quality box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a second TV. In Bedroom II, a freestanding single bed and a high-quality fold-down bed await the third and fourth guests; the fold-down bed can be used as a sleeping option when the apartment is occupied by four people—both beds measure 0.90 m x 2.00 m. This is a great, space-saving solution when Bedroom II is occupied by just one person.
Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout pleated blinds and blackout curtains, allowing you to completely darken the rooms.

The Timmendorfer Strand vacation rental features a bathroom with a shower as well as an additional guest restroom.
This vacation rental is rounded out by two balconies accessible from the living room, one of which faces southeast. Here, you can enjoy the midday sun in a magical way. The other balcony faces northeast, offering a wonderful chance to breathe in the salty sea air. It really smells like a vacation by the sea!

The entire apartment can be darkened using pleated blinds; only the bedrooms also have blackout curtains.

You can store your bicycles in a basement storage room or outside the house. The apartment includes an outdoor parking space directly next to the house.

From May 15 through September 1, a beach chair on the beach is also available for your use as an included amenity with this vacation rental.
