Host responded quickly with answers to all questions before stay and during stay. Rooms were clean, was glad it wasn't the burgundy blankets from pictures. Bathrooms, kitchen and living areas all clean. Could use more dusting on fans, but nothing that would make me give it less than 5 stars. It was the perfect location for everything we doing. All less than 20 mins away.. Dollywood, wax museum, titanic, pirates Voyage, island and grocery stores. Room setups with baths arraignments were just right for our number of people. One senior citizen on main level with kitchen and LR, other adults in King rooms, Young adults each had own room and teenagers shared bunk room. Family was ready to book again before we left.
