Booked property week. Upon arrival I made a video of the unit in condition received. I notified contact about issues & sent pictures. My family did not cook or use the kitchen items but fridge & glasses. When checking out I made another video & stayed with contact so she could inspect. She went straight to check the roll up curtains in living/dining area & as we stood there she seemed inconvenienced. I told her did she need anything else as she was on her phone & she said no so we left. Almost 9 hours later I receive an accusatory message asking for an explanation for a broken coffee maker. I informed contact we never used it & the response was I should have notified them. How can I notify of something I did not know about? After back & forth audio clips I did not appreciate I told the contact to bill me for the coffee make & I would respond with the issues I did address immediately as required, like no hand towels or beach towels in the unit. Contact never answered me again when asked for price I would be charged. Moral of story...check everything in the unit & make a video. Curtains, cups, coffee machine, washer, dryer, closets, bathrooms. As soon as you notice something send video, text & message. Stay with cleaning lady as she does inspection. Do not confide. Verify everything yourself.The unit is centrally located, has nice views, decent pool & easy to get around with stores, pharmacies & restaurants in walking distance. My family enjoyed the stay overall.
