The Rhodee House is a restored 1910 downtown farmhouse featuring four uniquely styled apartments, each inspired by a different rhododendron bloom. Every unit blends historic character with modern comfort, full kitchens, and curated color themes — offering guests a stay that is both distinctive and cohesive.
Tucked at the back of the property on the second floor, The Capistrano offers a rare combination of downtown walkability + quiet privacy, complete with a private balcony overlooking the garden patio.
Ideal for longer stays, traveling professionals, or couples, this space delivers comfort, separation, and a peaceful atmosphere—just steps from Eugene’s best spots.

This is our second time staying here, this time for UO graduation. We were happy to see this property come available during this busy time. Prices overall were high due to demand but this was reasonable given the time of year. In the fall it was much lower even though there was a football game. What we like about the property1. Location: close to the school, shopping and restaurants 2. Size: it worked for 3 people. You can turn the living room into a second bedroom if you use the pull out, which was perfect for our daughter. The kitchen is a nice size with proper amenities3. Cleanliness: one of the reasons we came back to the property. Everything was clean and ready to go when we got there4. Parking: a dedicated area for all cars at the location5. Safe: we never had any safety concerns while staying at the propertyBe prepared to walk up steps to the apartment, There are multiple apartments in the house and the stairs are steep so not great if you have difficulty climbing or carrying bags.Overall we are very happy with this property.
