The neighborhood is absolutely stunning and fairly close to downtown. Thank you.

This is the first time for us staying or sleeping in a basement. We are short, so the height was not a problem. The height might be problematic for people over sox feet tall.

My favourite thing was the hotel quality bedding and soft white towels. Instructions and check-in were easy. The kitchen is recently renovated and very well stocked for cooking and there is a Keurig with coffee pods. One room has a thermostat and the other room has a heater provided.

I wanted to love this place but there were a lot of silverfish (bugs) and there was someone upstairs that was rather loud at times. There was no smoke alarm.

The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed.

The upstairs tenants were extremely noisy, especially at night when we were trying to sleep. You could hear everything, especially their very heavy footsteps. Saturday night they were up until 2 AM, other nights they were noisy until after11 PM. Not great if you have early morning plans There was nowhere to just hang out except for in the bedrooms and dining table. The ceilings in some areas were very low, my friend had to duck down to walk around in some places. He is over 6 feet tall, so if you are short you have nothing to worry about.
