● Private Pool: This home features a private in-ground pool that is 6ft deep with a spacious lounge area and overlooks Galveston Bay.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for up to 5 cars in the driveway.

The living room is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV for movie nights. The well-equipped kitchen features a large island with barstools, perfect for casual meals or enjoying a morning cup of coffee. This level also offers three bedrooms to comfortably sleep your group. One bedroom features a king-size bed and a twin bed, another has two queen-size beds, and the third offers a king-size bed with a full-size bunk bed set and a twin-size bunk bed set.

Head downstairs to the additional living space, complete with its own kitchenette and an arcade game to keep everyone entertained. This lower level also boasts two comfortable sofas that can be converted into full-size beds, providing additional sleeping arrangements for larger groups.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH POOL FILTRATION SYSTEM. Tampering with the system will result in a $500 fine.
- No jumping or diving into the bay. Children must be supervised at all times.
