Very nice Suncadia condo - great location to the central lodge and market (5 min walk), well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, and good kids' room where 3 children slept comfortably. 2 bikes were available for use and seemed to be in good shape. Pool behind the condo was simple but easily accessible and fun for the kids. Propane grills behind the condo worked well.Only note (which is clear with the description) is that there is access to most of the Suncadia amenities (restaurants, rentals); however, there is no access to the main Suncadia health center and indoor/outdoor pools and slides.Final note that could be clarified for check-in is that the lockbox is right outside the front door to the condo. There are many lockboxes inside the lobby to the condo on the ground floor. There is no lockbox/key for this condo in the lobby - but it is very easily accessed right next to the condo front door.

Was exactly what we needed. The room was clean and had everything that we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with pots pans and utensils. It was very quiet and peaceful.
