Apex Hideaway is in the Trailhead 1 Condominium inside Suncadia resort, next to the driving range. The condo has many amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, grilling area, and access to bikes, tennis rackets, and snow sleds.
Enter into a peaceful, open-concept top-floor corner unit with mountain views from the main living areas and 2 furnished balconies. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, 2 flat-screen TVs, a large dining table, and a breakfast bar for gathering with friends and family. There is a dedicated workspace and a gas fireplace in the main living area, along with a cupboard stocked with books, board and card games, and reclining leather sofas.
The open-concept layout includes a full-size kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with premium dishware, glassware, and cookware. To make life a little simpler, it also includes a 2-in-1 drip-and-pod coffee maker, a 4-slice toaster, an Instant Pot, a rice cooker, and a Magic Bullet blender. Don’t forget your reusable water bottle! The refrigerator features an up-to-date water filter to ensure you have plenty of fresh ice and water.
This single-story condo has step-free access via elevator to the 3rd-floor unit and 2 underground parking spaces in the garage, plus plenty of parking outside.

Very nice Suncadia condo - great location to the central lodge and market (5 min walk), well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, and good kids' room where 3 children slept comfortably. 2 bikes were available for use and seemed to be in good shape. Pool behind the condo was simple but easily accessible and fun for the kids. Propane grills behind the condo worked well.Only note (which is clear with the description) is that there is access to most of the Suncadia amenities (restaurants, rentals); however, there is no access to the main Suncadia health center and indoor/outdoor pools and slides.Final note that could be clarified for check-in is that the lockbox is right outside the front door to the condo. There are many lockboxes inside the lobby to the condo on the ground floor. There is no lockbox/key for this condo in the lobby - but it is very easily accessed right next to the condo front door.

Was exactly what we needed. The room was clean and had everything that we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with pots pans and utensils. It was very quiet and peaceful.
