We had an awesome time at this property. Property was clean, furnishings/kitchen etc were in the newer side. Location is great to get to the beach or into town. We loved the golf cart was so nice for quick trips to the park or into town.

This place is a great balance of being close to the beach where there is not tons of people and yet still being very close to where all the restaurants and shops are in surf city.
The owner made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and the golf cart made it super easy to get to the beach!
Just an awesome time with the family!

This was our second year staying at this property. Great location, just a short golf cart ride to the beach! We had 6 adults, and 3 under the age of 4 and had plenty of room to sleep and play. Kitchen is well stocked and house is cool.
The outdoor space is a great addition and our family loved roasting s’mores!

The house was a great place to stay . Everything was as advertised and more! Our granddaughters wanted to move in lol.
