It was central in Stornoway with easy walking distance of stores and restaurants, as well as the distillery. The room was charming and spotless, and the bed was super comfortable.
There’s very little sound protection from the hallway, so you hear every word the other guests are saying, as well as the staff. Also, there’s a very cold breeze that comes in under the door when the back door opens - I remediated that with a rolled up bath towel.

De locatie vlakbij de ferryterminal, op een kruispunt waar je alle kanten uit kan voor een bezoek aan de hoogtepunten van Lewis and Harris. Comfortabele bedden.
Eerder onpersoonlijk. Het binnenkomen langs een achtersteegje volgestouwd met vuilnis vonden we beneden alle peil. De private badkamer van de kamer boven bleek toch niet privaat want werd ook gebruikt door het personeel. De TV ontvangt niet de gebruikelijke kanalen waardoor we de halve finales van het WK voetbal moesten missen!
