Check in was 4 pm, i contacted the site via chat in the app and was told no possibility of early check in so understandable we found some things to do however when I went to check in at the location I was told I could have come in gotten our parking pass as well as activity badges anytime that day and would have made things a lot more pleasant if we could have enjoyed the amenities offered. Once we got the keys, place was very nicely appointed I was a bit disappointed in the house keeping as there were hairballs on the hardwood floors in both bedrooms and bathrooms and looked like no one has swept under the beds/sofa in a very long time (sister dropped her ear bud we were looking for it). We loved the tram and the easy access to things. All employees we encountered were so helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back to the resort, just might try some other lodging options and definitely will keep in mind the option to get passes as soon as we arrive.

We have stayed in many units over many years and this is among our favorite. Beautiful, clean and all the accommodations we needed. Highly recommend!

There is a new couch in the rental that was very roomy and comfortable. Location is quiet yet easy to get to everything. Really nice, comfortable rental and we did enjoy our time.

The unit was in a great location. Could use a new coffee maker and couch. Good as any other Vacasa rental we have stayed at.
