• Bringing a Boat or Jet Ski? You're welcome to bring your own! Feel free to tie up at the private dock right on the property. We can't guarantee the dock will accommodate all boat types, so let us know your boat details in advance and we'll confirm if it's a good fit.
• Security Notice - Your safety matters. For your peace of mind, there is a Ring doorbell camera located in the driveway of the home.
• Signed Rental Agreement Required - All reservations must include a signed lease agreement. A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
• No Weddings or Events - To ensure a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbors, weddings and large events are not permitted.
• Lake Levels May Vary - Lake Norman's water levels can change daily and are managed by the local energy provider. We can't guarantee a specific lake depth during your stay.
