• Good connectivity. The tram stop is within a 3-minute walk, and the U-Bahn station is around a 10–12-minute walk away. • Beautiful and well-maintained property. • Good security system. • The breakfast platter was good, with a nice selection of breads and cheeses. • Conveniently located near Schönbrunn Palace.

• We were unable to enter the property using the instructions provided to us upon arrival. Thankfully, the cleaner who was working inside was able to let us in. We tried calling and WhatsApping the customer support number, but had very little luck getting through. • We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights, but there was no cleaning service, rubbish collection or towel replacement during our stay. Toiletries should also be adequately stocked for guests. The hand wash was already running very low on the first day, and although we notified the cleaner, we were told that there was no additional stock at the property and that she would need to purchase it. • There seems to be a slight communication gap between the staff at the property and the customer support team who communicate with guests via the app. This is something that could be improved to provide a more seamless experience for guests. Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the property and its location. However, there are definitely a few areas, particularly communication, housekeeping and the availability of basic supplies, that could be improved to make the guest experience more comfortable and seamless.

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Less than 5 minutes to the tram line.

It was a nice and clean appartement with good public transport connections. Calm neighbourhood with plenty of places to eat around. The bathroom was spacious and the bed comfy

Unfortunately there were works on the building opposite and the parking lot next door, but it was not the fault of the accommodation in any way, of course

The room was ok overall, what I liked is that it had a direct access to the terrace, beds and the bathroom were overall clean.

When we came, the curtain was about to fall off as well as the lamp. We reported it immediately, as we didn’t want the host to blame us in that. The next day, when the lady taking care of the rooms came with a technician, they tried to blame us claiming that the curtain wasn’t broken beforehand. What is even the point of us breaking it and then turning ourselves in? Also, when they fixed the lamp - there was no way to turn it off. Not a good way to treat your guests, trying to blame them.
