The villa is in a residential area, on a street with no traffic and no parking problems, and the hilly terrain protects you from immediate overlook.
From the house, the pool terrace or the rooftop, you can enjoy the unobstructed view, quiet, in a real green setting preserved from new constructions.
The three pleasant bedrooms are equipped with modern ceiling fans with remote control and several speeds. The 6 beds are either independent or united depending on the need. The master bedroom with terrace access has a bathroom, the second bathroom is shared with the other two bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (stove with oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, Nespresso...), utensils, everyday cutlery and reception cutlery; a washing machine is in the back kitchen.
