Our country house, Brigitte—built in 1997 and renovated in 2015—is located in a quiet residential area on Dirksstraße in Tinnum and offers you the comfort you’re looking for on vacation.
The semi-detached house features four vacation apartments with separate entrances.
Two spacious 3-room apartments (90 m²) with sun terraces are located on the first floor.
On the upper level, spread over two floors, there are two 3-room apartments, each measuring 70 m², both with a balcony.

The apartments are modernly furnished and are continuously updated to suit the tastes of our long-time guests.
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available on the premises.
Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street in front of the building, as well as covered parking for bicycles.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge (V-DSL).

Landhaus II South, Upper Floor
This cozy 3-room apartment for 1–4 people (approx. 70 m²) is located on the upper floor of the semi-detached house.
Pine-stained furniture and carpet newly installed in 2022 ensure a cozy atmosphere.

The light-filled living room, featuring a sofa set, living room cabinet, flat-screen TV, stereo system, and dining area, is the heart of the apartment.

The west-facing balcony with a small seating area invites you to relax.

Free Wi-Fi provides a fast connection to the outside world.

The separate kitchen with an exterior window is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, a toaster, and dishes for everyday use.

A cozy bedroom with a double bed (200x200m), nightstand, reading lamps, and a wardrobe offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation on Sylt.

The second bedroom features two separate beds. The beds (each 90x200) are made up for you.
The bathroom features a sink, shower, toilet, and an exterior window. Towels are provided for you.

There is a bicycle storage area on the property in a weather-protected, covered carport.
Out of consideration for future guests, smoking is not permitted in this property.
Pets are not allowed in this property.

From the living room, you step out onto your cozy balcony facing southwest. The property is surrounded by greenery and self-contained. You can store your bicycles in a dry shelter, and in just 2 minutes you’ll be on your way to Tinnum Burg toward the beach or quickly on your way to Westerland.
Please understand that smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and pets are not allowed out of consideration for tenants with allergies. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for your use in the building.
