Our country house, Brigitte—built in 1997 and renovated in 2015—is located in a quiet residential area on Dirksstraße in Tinnum and offers you the comfort you’re looking for on vacation.
The semi-detached house features four vacation apartments with separate entrances.
Two spacious 3-room apartments (90 m²) with sun terraces are located on the first floor.
On the upper level, spread over two floors, there are two 3-room apartments, each measuring 70 m², both with a balcony.
The apartments are modernly furnished and are continuously updated to suit the tastes of our long-time guests.
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available on the premises.
Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street in front of the house, as well as covered parking for bicycles.
Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge (V-DSL).
Country House I West, Ground Floor
This cozy 3-room apartment for 1–4 people (approx. 90 m²) is located on the first floor of the semi-detached house.
Pine-stained furniture and tiled floors with underfloor heating ensure a cozy atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi access.
The first floor features:
The light-filled living room with a sofa set, living room cabinet, flat-screen TV, stereo system, and dining area is the heart of the apartment.
The spacious, west-facing terrace invites you to relax. Your own beach chair and patio furniture warmly welcome you.
The separate kitchen with a large exterior window is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and dishes for everyday use.
An additional guest restroom is located in the entryway of your apartment.
In the basement:
A cozy bedroom with a double bed (200x200 m), nightstand, reading lamps, and a wardrobe—everything you need for a relaxing vacation on Sylt.
The second bedroom features two separate beds. The beds (90x200) are made up for you.
A bright bathroom with two sinks, a shower, a toilet, and an exterior window. Towels are provided for you.
There is a bicycle storage area on the property; your bikes will stay clean even in bad weather thanks to the covered carport.
Out of consideration for future guests, smoking is not permitted in this property.
