We had the most relaxing holiday at Villa Laiya. The living and dining rooms are beautifully designed for socialising, and the kitchen has absolutely everything you could need. The outdoor space is ideal for soaking up the Algarve sun. The property management was very helpful throughout our stay.

We spent an amazing week here with a group of friends. The outdoor area is fantastic—we made full use of the private pool and spent every evening cooking on the barbecue and dining outside. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-functioning for a larger group. Highly recommend!

An elegant and cosy villa that felt like a home away from home. Having four bedrooms and multiple bathrooms meant everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The entire place feels very bright and welcoming. The location is excellent—quiet enough for a relaxing holiday but close enough to the local nightlife and beaches.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Laiya. The house is incredibly spacious and bright, and the two en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor were perfect for our family setup. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare family meals. The highlight for the kids was definitely the swimming pool and the ping-pong table. We also enjoyed dinner at Algarbe restaurant.
