The well-appointed kitchen is fully stocked and ready for longer stays, making meal prep a breeze. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a convenient tucked-away half bath and a full-sized washer and dryer to make extended stays even more comfortable.



Head upstairs to find two large, cozy queen bedrooms and a beautifully remodeled full-size bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo – ideal for winding down after a day of exploring or working remotely.



Out back, enjoy the peaceful backyard space – perfect for sipping morning coffee or soaking up some sunshine.



Whether you're here for a weekend escape or a long-term stay, this home is designed to help you feel right at home.



Guest Access:

The entire unit is yours to enjoy, the backyard is a not maintained but can be used. The apartment to the left is occupied by a very quiet over 55 aged couple.

Just minutes from the shoreline, West Ocean View is known for its laid-back charm, walkable streets, and friendly community feel. Guests enjoy being close enough to the water to catch the breeze, while still having quick access to grocery stores, cafés, and local favorites for dining or takeout.



The neighborhood sits in a convenient spot for travelers — only a short drive from Norfolk International Airport, Downtown Norfolk, and Naval Station Norfolk, making it ideal for both leisure stays and extended work assignments.



West Ocean View is especially loved by traveling professionals and guests seeking comfort, safety, and local character. The vibe is calm and residential, with neighbors who take pride in their homes and community. Whether you’re here for a few days or a few months, you’ll feel right at home.

Other Things to Note:

Cleaning:

- Additional fees for smoking indoors: $250

You’re welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas. We kindly ask that you clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts to help keep the space tidy and pleasant for everyone.

- Vomit/bodily fluid or waste $250

- Illegal drug paraphernalia $250

- Glitter or confetti: $200

- Unauthorized pets $200/per pet

- Dirty dishes $50

- Missing towel $20 (per towel)



Pets

- Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay, we charge a $99 non-refundable pet fee

- Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds

- No noise complaints due to pets from neighbors

- Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees

- We do not allow cats at our property, please ask about any other pets if traveling with them



Do not flush anything that will cause a plumbing issue and do not pour grease down the drain.



Forgotten Personal Items:

- Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery

- Guest is responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee

- Will only ship domestically (No International Shipping)



Guests:

If additional guests are joining the original reservation guest count, please contact me immediately. If additional guests are brought beyond original reservation guest total] and Host is not notified, per house rules Guest acknowledged when booking, booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Guest is responsible for damages caused by their party.



Late Checkout:

Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. If requested prior to the day of checkout we may be able to offer a later checkout time free of charge depending on the schedule of our cleaning team.



Failure to follow rules may result in a canceled booking and forfeiture of payment.
