Public transportation was very accessible. The bed was comfortable and overall the place was rather clean.
The room was located towards the street and it was therefore quite loud, even at night with closed window, when cars or the police or ambulance rushed by. The water in the shower of the downstairs bathroom was cold and didn't turn warm which was quite unpleasant. Besides being a rather clean place, we spotted rodent activity in the kitchen.

Once inside the room was quiet through the day. And the bathroom and kitchen wasnt far away.
Can't fault the host as I had an issue with locking my door as the fobs were mixed up on the key for the room. They calmly talked me through everything and sorted swiftly.
Probably at night early hours 2-5am there was loud tv noise as if it was on full volume. Not very good when your trying to sleep at that time.
I would say move the table in the kitchen as you don't get much room to get through the door. And put the right fob on the right key.
