It was interesting to see London from different point of view other then just the tourist attractions, and more popular parts.
The staff was super nice.
It was a bit dirty, but that's understandable.
Sometimes the neighbourhood felt kind of threatening for a non-londoner.

Close to the bus station and easy walking to the underground. 24h stores nearby.
The owner is cordial and friendly.
If you look for a cheap accomodation it is ok and you are free in moving in and out of the house during any time of the day. It is actually a guesthouse, but the owner and other guests were quiet and there was good privacy.
We had two toilets, which is good if more people need to use it.
The bed is comfortable.
Cleaning could be improved easily. Sheets and towels were actually ok, but for example in the room we had remains of previous guests (e.g.: ice-cream sticks) and greasy drawers. The house didn't smell fresh. Detailed photos of our room were actually missing. Finally (but this could be just my feeling, therefore take it with a pinch of salt), it seemed to me it wasn't the safest district in London during night.
