Location of the property was perfect. A flat 10 minute walk into the centre passing shops and eateries along the way. From the train station you can take an enjoyable walk along the river and cut back up by crescent gardens. We had a very comfortable stay - the beds and duvets/linen were divine. Communication regarding self check in was clear and arrived via text at our allocated time. We will definitely look into staying here again.

Posizione ottima, a 10 minuti dal centro, stanza piccola ma pulita e facile accesso. Ci sono asciugamani, lenzuola e bagnoschiuma. La consiglio!

L’organizzazione del check-in, ho dovuto un po’ rincorrere i proprietari per avere le istruzioni sul check-in e check-out. Inoltre eravamo in 3 e ci hanno dato una stanza da 2, il problema è stato subito risolto fornendoci un’altra stanza. Non avevamo capito di essere separati.

The property is very well located only a short walk into town with an easy Access at the rear across the car park to the famous Crescent

The location was great. Lovely towels. Comfy bed and pillows.

The communication was sketchy. Didn't know the booking in procedure until after the check in time requested. Messages went unanswered. Great big TV on the wall but no remote, and no way of turning it on. No hairdryer. Blackout curtain on main window, but no blind or curtain on side window, just frosted glass. There was a microwave and a fridge in the room, but no bedside lights. A lot of noise from the room upstairs late at night.
