The Space
You’ll have a spacious loft at your disposal, featuring an elegant and refined design, crafted to offer a truly special stay.


The apartment is spread over two levels: the lower level and the upper level.

Lower level:

-The living area features a comfortable sofa that converts into a practical sofa bed, complete with sheets, pillows, and a comforter. You can relax and watch a movie on the TV provided.

-The open kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your favorite meals. You’ll find an induction cooktop, dishes, silverware, kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, pots, pans, an oven, and a dishwasher.

-The spacious and bright bathroom is equipped with a bidet, sink, toilet, shower stall, and hair dryer. You’ll also find a handy amenity kit.

Upper floor:

-The upper level features the sleeping area, with a comfortable double bed, complete with sheets, a comforter, and pillows. You can store your personal belongings in the spacious closet provided.

The apartment is equipped with free, high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for video conferences, downloading large files, or simply browsing the web and watching movies.

In addition, you’ll have access to heating and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort in every season.
Guest Access
In-person verification is required at our office, as mandated by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we’ll provide you with the digital keys.

Nearby, Trotter Park offers a place to take walks and relax in nature. Not far away, the Naviglio Martesana is one of Milan’s most beautiful waterways.
