The Space
You’ll have access to an entire apartment furnished with a modern and refined design that combines comfort and style.
The apartment has all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy complete peace of mind.
It features: a living area with an open kitchen, a sleeping area, and a private bathroom.
-The living area has a Boho Chic-inspired style; you’ll find a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, a wall unit with a SMART TV, and a dining table.
-The open-concept kitchen offers everything you need to cook your favorite meal. You’ll find: a refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction cooktop, sink, dishwasher, glasses, plates, silverware, pots, and pans.
-The bedroom features a very comfortable double bed and a spacious closet for storing your personal belongings.
-The bathroom is comfortable and equipped with a spacious shower stall, toilet, bidet, sink, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries for each guest.
The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning, which you can use free of charge.
It also offers completely free Wi-Fi, allowing you to browse the web or work remotely at full speed and without interruptions.
Guest Access
In-person verification is required at our office, as required by Milan law. As soon as you check in person, we will provide you with your digital keys.

Anyone who checks out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.
PLEASE RESPECT THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK- (15:00 - 21:00) TIMES. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA CHAT! THANK YOU.
There is an extra charge of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.
There is an extra charge of €15 per hour for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.
IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FINE.

Milan Cathedral is only a 15-minute ride by public transportation (just 7 stops); you’ll find the red metro line near the place where you’ll be staying.
The Central Station is only a 30-minute walk away, but you can also take public transportation, which will take just 15 minutes (bus 87 or the metro).

Buses: 53, 56, 62, 87, 90, and 91.
Metro: M1 (PASTEUR).
We offer a crib service for families, but we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything your baby needs. The rental fee is only 20€. Please let us know as soon as possible.
