To comply with current regulations in Milan, in-person verification is required at our office.
Only after checking in person will you be given the apartment’s digital keys.
💸 Warning: Lost Keys
If you lose your keys, a €100 penalty will be charged.

📶 Wi-Fi is always on!
⚠️ Never unplug the Wi-Fi modem! The digital access system depends on the connection: if the Wi-Fi is turned off, you risk being locked out of the apartment.

🕒 Check-in times
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
If you plan to arrive early or late, please let us know via chat 🙏

🌙 Late Check-in
Check-in is available until 11:45 PM for an additional fee of 50€.
After this time, you will not be able to access the apartment.

🚪 Check-out time
Check-out must take place by 10:00 AM.
There is a €15 surcharge for each additional hour.
⚠️ Unauthorized late checkouts will result in a penalty, which will be charged directly through Airbnb.

📋 House Rules
We ask that you follow the apartment rules. In case of violations, penalties will be applied as per the regulations.
Other things to keep in mind
We also offer a crib for families, but we need to know in advance so that we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
