A bright two-room apartment ideal for 4 people in the quiet Greco neighborhood, near Bicocca. The apartment is cozy and well-furnished, with rooms bathed in natural light. The location is convenient for reaching the city center: the Greco Pirelli station is just a 5-minute walk away, and from there, commuter trains (S11/S8) take you to Porta Garibaldi in 7 minutes. Alternatively, the No. 87 bus stops right outside the building and goes directly to Centrale M3, the perfect hub for getting anywhere in just a few minutes.

Welcome to our beautiful and bright two-room apartment—the perfect space for families, couples, or friends (up to 4 guests) looking for comfort and functionality. The apartment is tastefully furnished and consists of:

Living Area: A spacious open-concept kitchen flooded with natural light, thanks to direct access to the large balcony. It is equipped with a modern induction cooktop, oven, spacious refrigerator, a dining table with chairs, and a TV. At night, the room features a very comfortable double sofa bed.

Bedroom: A comfortable and private room with two single beds, a spacious closet for your personal belongings, blackout curtains, and a convenient home office area equipped with a desk and chair. This room also features private access to the balcony.

Bathroom: Modern and functional, complete with a spacious shower, toilet, bidet, and mirror.

Guest Access
Check-in takes place at our office, with access to the apartment available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. You must provide your documents before arrival; without them, we will not be able to accommodate your stay.

If you plan to arrive early or late, please let us know via chat so we can make the necessary arrangements.

For arrivals after 9:00 PM, there is a €50 surcharge. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM (no later than this time).
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.; any delays will incur an additional charge of €15 for each extra hour.

To ensure a smooth stay, please do not disconnect the Wi-Fi: the apartment’s access system may not function properly.

Please note that following the house rules is essential: any violations may result in penalties.

We also offer a crib service for families. However, we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
There is a €15 charge for separate beds.
