As required by Milan City regulations, in-person verification is mandatory at our office.
Once you’ve checked in person, we’ll give you the digital keys to access the apartment.
⚠️ Lost Keys
If you lose the keys, a €100 penalty will apply.
📶 Important: Do not disconnect the Wi-Fi!
If you unplug the router, you risk being unable to access the apartment.
🕒 Check-in hours: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Please let us know via chat if you plan to arrive early or late. Thank you!
🌙 Late check-in (after 9:00 PM)
There is a 50€ surcharge. We accept arrivals until 11:45 PM, but no later.
🚪 Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
In case of a late check-out, there is an extra charge of €15 for each additional hour.
💸 Late check-out
Guests who check out after the designated time without authorization will be subject to a penalty through Airbnb.
📜 House Rules
Compliance with the rules is essential to ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. In the event of serious violations, penalties will be imposed.

UPON REQUEST, YOU CAN ARRANGE A TAXI RIDE AT A DISCOUNTED RATE.
We also offer a crib service for families, but we need to know in advance so that we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
