Anyone who checks out late will be subject to a penalty to be paid through Airbnb.
PLEASE OBSERVE THE CHECK-IN TIMES (15:00 - 21:00). IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR ARRIVING EARLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA CHAT! THANK YOU.
There is an additional fee of 50€ for check-ins after 9:00 PM. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM, but no later.
There is an additional charge of €15 per hour for late check-outs after 10:00 AM.
IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE HOUSE RULES, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FINE.

We also offer a crib rental service for families. However, we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything your baby needs.
The rental fee is only 20€.
There is a 15€ charge for separate beds.
We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
