Escape to your own private 110-acre farm just minutes from Lake Anna! This fully renovated
4BR/3BA retreat sleeps 14 guests comfortably and delivers the ultimate mix of country
tranquility and summer lake fun.

The Space:
Step inside to a bright, open-concept living and dining area large enough for your entire group
to gather. The fully equipped kitchen handles big meals with ease, and the spacious dining
table seats everyone together. Upstairs and downstairs bedrooms give families and friend
groups the privacy they need. A dedicated laundry room is included for longer stays.

Outdoor Experience:
The real magic is outside. Your covered deck with string lights overlooks rolling countryside —
the perfect setting for evening BBQs on the gas grill. As the sun sets behind the hills, you will
understand why 100% of guests gave this location a 5-star rating. Gather around the fire pit
after dark (firewood available for purchase), and wake up the next morning to friendly farm
animals — sheep and cows — roaming the property.
Location:
You are perfectly positioned for Lake Anna adventures: boating, fishing, kayaking, and
swimming are all within minutes. The Mineral Farmers Market runs every Saturday morning,
and live music fills the area every weekend at Lake Anna Taphouse, The Cove, and Everleigh
Vineyard.

Guest Access:
You have exclusive access to the full house, the deck, the fire pit, the grill, and the laundry
room. Self check-in via keypad makes arrival seamless at any hour.
