● The number of guests staying must match the number specified at the time of reservation. If we discover any false declarations or an excess number of guests, we will charge a penalty of 20,000 yen per person.
● Please treat the facilities and electrical appliances with care. In the event of damage caused by intentional or negligent acts, you may be required to compensate for the actual costs.
● If bedding is found to be soiled or significantly stained, you may be required to pay for cleaning or replacement costs.
● Please note that the loss of door locks or keys is not covered by insurance, and you will be responsible for the replacement costs.
● Eating and drinking on the bed is prohibited.
● Hair coloring or dyeing in the room or bathroom is prohibited.
