The Unit was clean, fully renovated, nice decorations, master bedroom matress soft and comfortable, everything inside the unit was perfect except for the tv in the master bedroom that didn't have the Netflix app.The view of the ocean was almost perfect, but as decribed in the listing. Now, the building feels cold and empty, my building was dirty, people smoking Marijuana everywhere, very rude people living or staying in those apartments, the elevators look dirty, we didn't ise the pools, but from upstairs they look out of maintenance. We had coffee in a restaurant that belongs to the resort, the food was ok, nothing extraordinary, it was convenient to have a restaurant downstairs, the coffee was the worst coffe we have had in our live. The beach, provably the worst we have visited, dirty, dog poop, not recomended at all.Not suitable for people like me that need quietness to meditate.Overall, the view of the sunset and the unit itself were the best, other than that, it doesn't worth to go there.

This was our 2nd year in this rental We really enjoyed it. Other than water issues one day and the keurig did not work. Rental is just as pictured.

Great experience. Local team was quick and very responsive to questions. Location was perfect!

The balcony furniture was very nice and the ocean view was great. However, the couch and two chairs in the living area were extremely stained and dirty. The master bed had stains on the sheet and comforter. A container of take out food had been left in the fridge by previous guests. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were nice, but the cleanliness of some areas in the condo was disappointing.
