Very spacious unit with essential kitchen and other household items. Decor and unit are dated. The dryer takes 4 cycles to dry one load. Building overall is older and marginally maintained. Decent choice for families. Location is ideal.

Great view of the Gulf. Condo was easy to access and being the corner unit is provided a better view. Very nice stay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this condo was great and typical for the area. The beds, however were very uncomfortable! Office said beds were new, but it must have been a $99 mattress sale. The beds pop when you sit down. Like, you can hear the coils inside of the mattress or something. Owner could at least invest in a $100 memory foam topper for each bed. People are very busy at the beach. A comfortable bed is a reasonable expectation for the price we all pay to stay in any condo around OB!
