Fantastic location. Older condo but perfect for our family. Only issue is drainage from balcony above us kept ours flooded with water the whole week. Would stay here again.

Everything was clean and the view is beautiful! There are a few minor maintenance items that could be addressed including the towel rack in the master bathroom that was broken off when we arrived. The complex only had one working elevator and the pool was closed one of the days we were there. Neither of those items are within the owners’ control obviously. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again! It flew by!

Wonderful condo! Just what we needed. The only complaint would be floors seemed a little dirty. Otherwise we recommend!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect! This unit is in dire need of a refresh. Cleanliness was questionable- is tile able to be cleaned or just needs replaced? Furniture and beds were very outdated and over used. Coastal Properties staff were great!
